ActiveLINC is an allied health service offering Support Coordination and Physiotherapy services to people living with neurological conditions and physical disabilities.

Based in Innaloo, our clinic is designed to enable people living with disability to participate in exercise and physical activity using specialised and conventional equipment.

Whether it’s maximising independence, regaining the ability to participate in previous activities or finding new interests, our team is dedicated to helping people achieve their goals.

Our team has expertise in spinal cord injury management, but we also provide our services to people with other neurological conditions or health conditions that cause physical disability living locally to our clinic.

The therapy team consists of Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants that work together to deliver the following services:

Neurorehabilitation
Exoskeleton Training
Seating Service
Functional Capacity Assessments

Our clinic is an open plan facility with specialised and conventional equipment. The EksoNR Exoskeletion and the Woodway Lokostation Body Weight Support Treadmill are examples of specialised equipment you can access in our clinic. We have a large range of specialised and conventional equipment to enable you to participate in individualised, evidence-based exercise programs, including strength programs and cardiovascular training.

We are a registered NDIS service provider and can provide Support Coordination, Physiotherapy, and Therapy Assistant services to self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed NDIS participants.

We are an independent and registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Our experienced team of Physiotherapists, Support Coordinators and Therapy Assistants cater to your individual needs and work with you to develop connections, therapy and practical support solutions.
We provide services where you need it – clinic, work, school, or home.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia.
We service the Perth metropolitan area and can provide regional services on request.
Our fully equipped clinic space is located in Innaloo, which is only 10km north of Perth. It is conveniently accessed by bus and train, with ample free car parking and ACROD parking available.
